| The 11th of January saw Mark and RAM Masons travel from all over the Province to install the new officers for the year in our two Installed Masters Lodges at Leyland. The Royal Ark Mariners went first, with Bill Joughin installed in fine style as the new Worshipful Commander. |

| Next came Philadelphia Mark, with Andy Whittle, the Provincial GSW, and WM of the Lodge, installing James Ainsworth into the Chair of Adoniram. Andy was suffering from a bad cold, but nevertheless performed superbly. Rod Bennison gave the address to the WM, Howard Emmett to the Wardens, Tony Cross Prov.GJW to the Overseers, and Geoffrey Lee, Dep Prov.GM to the Brethren, all delivered brilliantly. John Dean delivered the Working Tools superbly. |

| The joint festive board was a very happy and friendly event, as always. Deputy Prov.GM Geoffrey Lee entertained us all in his usual relaxed manner, until he announced news of the new Mark Provincial Wardens that is! Or rather the lack of the expected, and highly anticipated announcement of the new Wardens.....the news is being held back until Adoniram Mark Lodge on the 16th of March at Leyland. At that meeting we will also be treated to a demonstration of a Mark ceremony from 1759, so make sure you book early, it should be a very special meeting. |

| New WM James Ainsworth thanked his very hard working secretary David Rotherham for all the preparation for the festive board, and his DC Bryan Fox for all his work in Lodge, and wished us all a happy 2016. In Philadelphia RAM, Bryan Humphries is approaching 10 years as Scribe, a great achievement. |
